    摘要:

    在民用飞机研发过程中,构型差异管理是适航验证类试验/试飞过程中进行的必要动作,用以评估当前设计构型能否满足试验/试飞进行的要求以及试验/试飞的适航代表性。从单机设计构型要求、适航验证类试验/试飞要求、型号设计构型、单机设计构型以及实物状态的角度出发,分析了适航验证类试验前后飞机的各类构型差异,并提出了构型差异管理模型。

    Abstract:

    Configuration difference management is the essential action to evaluatewhether the design configuration satisfy the requirement of the experiment/test flight and the representativeness of airworthiness in the process of airworthiness verification experiment/test flight during research of civil aircraft. This paper analysis different kinds of configuration difference before and after airworthiness verification activity from the aspect of single design configuration requirement, the requirement of airworthiness verification experiment/test flight, type certification configuration, single design configuration and manufacture state and put forward the configuration difference management model.
