System integration suppliers of civil aircraft landing gear who are fully responsible for landing gear design, manufacturing, test and service face with indirect information transmission, the mixed process and insufficient resources during Type Certification(TC). Through the analysis of the current airworthiness management mechanism, in view of the requirements for airworthiness core competence, the methods of building fourdimensional core competence in airworthiness was studied based on airworthiness work team, technical ability, management system and airworthiness culture. It’s of important guiding significance for the development of domestic civil aircraft landing gear.
