Emergency evacuation demonstration is an essential aircraft level test in the certification process for civil aircraft. With respect to participant safety, the relevant airworthiness regulations are studied. The practice from the test for one airplane is reviewed. Without affecting the test result, suggestions are given to protect the participants from injury, which include contingency plan, increase of the protection solutions for test participants and backup procedures.
