    摘要:

    维修性是产品质量的一种特性,良好的维修性是民机快速、经济维修的基础和前提。在民用飞机研制过程中,正确、完整的捕获维修性需求是维修性设计的核心。场景分析是一种传统的、常用的需求捕获技术,在研究利用场景分析的手段开展民用飞机维修性需求捕获时,充分考虑了民机的全寿命周期,构建完善的维修场景层级框架体系,同时引用质量管理中“人”、“机”、“料”、“法”、“环”五个概念,结合实际维修活动,形成了五个基本维修维度。建立维修场景分析流程,通过不同的维修场景下维修人员一系列的维修操作,与各维修维度的交互关系,捕获飞机的维修性需求。最后,结合前面的捕获方法及流程,以某型民用飞机为例,系统阐述了维修场景框架系统及基于场景的维修性需求捕获过程。

    Abstract:

    Maintainability is a characteristic of product quality, and good maintainability is the basis and premise of rapid and economical of civil aircraft. In the process of civil aircraft development, the correct and complete capture of the maintainability demand is the core of maintainability design. Scenario analysis is a common requirement capture technology. By the means of scenario analysis for civil aircraft maintainability requirements elicitation, this paper takes into full consideration the whole life cycle of civil aircraft, and builds a complete maintenance scenario level system. At the same time, the five concepts of “human”, “machine”, “material”, “method” and “environment” in quality management were cited, and combined with the actual maintenance activities, five basic maintenance dimensions were formed. A maintenance scenario analysis process was established to capture the maintainability requirements of the aircraft through a series of maintenance operations of maintenance personnel under different maintenance scenarios and the interaction with each maintenance dimension. At the end, combined with the above methods and processes, taking a certain civil aircraft as an example, the maintenance scenario framework system and the scenario-based maintenance requirement capture process were systematically described.
