    复合材料已在现代飞机舱内装饰中大量使用,而大量复合材料的使用会增加飞机的火灾风险性,因此对复合材料的阻燃验证进行讨论探究具有重要意义。梳理了CCAR 25部《运输类飞机适航标准》中复合材料阻燃验证相关的条款要求,包括25.603条款材料要求,25.605条款工艺要求和25.853(a)条款的阻燃要求;介绍了当前国内民用航空产业复合材料的使用情况,包括两种主要结构形式复合材料蜂窝芯板和复合材料层压板,两种主要原材料酚醛树脂玻璃纤维织物预浸料和芳纶纸蜂窝芯,两种主要加工工艺中温模压机成型工艺和中温热压罐成型工艺;根据对PS-ANM-25.853-01-R2的解读,结合客舱内饰适航验证经验和阻燃试验数据,讨论了一种符合当前国内民机内饰发展阶段和形势的复合材料阻燃适航验证的方法。

    Abstract:

    Composite material has been widely used in modern aircraft cabin interior, and the use of a large number of composite material will increase the fire risk of aircraft. So it is of great significance to discuss and explore the flammability airworthiness verification of composite materials. This paper sorts out the flammability airworthiness standards related clauses form Chinese Civil Aviation Regulation CCAR-25, including 25.603, 25.605 and 25.853(a). The application of composite materials in domestic civil aviation industry is introduced, including two main structural forms: composite honeycomb core plate and composite laminate, two main raw materials: phenolic resin glass fiber fabric prepreg and aramid paper honeycomb core, and two main processing technologies: medium temperature mold press molding process and medium temperature hot pressing tank molding process.Based on the understanding of PS-ANM-25.853-01-R2, and combined with interior airworthiness experience and flammability test data, this paper discusses a method of composite material flammability airworthiness verification which may suit the current interior development period and situation.
