    摘要:

    提出了一种高升力系统卡位信号的算法。用于将襟/缝翼控制手柄上的传感器信号转换成高升力系统计算机的命令卡位信号。本算法相较于传统的算法有两处改进,第一处是在手柄卡位信号的计算中增加了信号有效性的确认环节,可以避免当手柄短暂通过手柄卡位信号无效的区域时,产生无效的卡位信号,继而对后续的命令卡位信号计算造成影响。第二处是在命令卡位信号的计算中加入将两个计算机设为主备关系,并进行表决计算的算法环节,避免了传统算法中由于信号传输延时导致不同通道间输出的命令卡位不一致,从而导致襟/缝翼半速运动的现象发生。本算法可以使最终输出的四个通道的命令卡位信号正确且一致,并已通过实验验证其鲁棒性较强,对民用飞机高升力系统设计有一定的指导作用。

    Abstract:

    This article proposes an algorithm for high-lift system detent signal, which converts the sensor signal generated by flap/slat control lever into the detent command signal of the high lift system computer. Compared with the traditional algorithm, this one has two advantages. The first is to add the confirmation step of the signal validity in the calculation of flap/slat control lever detent signal, which can avoid generating the invalid detent signal when the flap/slat control lever goes though the invalid signal zone for a short time, and then impact the subsequent calculation of the detent command signal. The second is to add the algorithm step of setting the two computers as the master-slave configuration and voting calculation in the detent command algorithm, which can avoid detent command inconsistency among different lanes due to the delay of signal transmission, thus causing the flap slow or slat slow issue. This algorithm can make the final output detent command signal of the four lanes correct and consistent, and has been verified by experiments that its robustness is strong, which is helpful for the design of civil aircraft high lift system.
