双梭型SLD探测器结冰特性研究

    探头式结冰探测器为主流民航或运输类飞机所采用,其用于探测常规水滴结冰条件的技术手段已相当成熟,但探测器对于过冷大水滴(SLD)结冰条件探测和识别能力尚需探索和研究,针对具有双梭型气动外形的结冰探测器,研究其在SLD和常规水滴条件下探头表面的结冰特性,结合过冷大水滴在撞击区域、运动轨迹方面的特性分析了双梭探头构型的设计原理,采用三维结冰数值模拟软件FENSAPICE进行空气流场、水滴场和结冰量的数值计算,获得了不同水滴直径下探测器表面的结冰分布,研究了带攻角的典型工况下对水收集和结冰特性的影响,基于光纤传感器的探冰原理,在冰风洞试验中获取探头表面不同位置处的结冰信息,并与仿真结果进行对比,研究表明:该探头构型在SLD和常规水滴结冰条件下具有明显不同的结冰分布,可以通过探测器不同位置处的结冰情况判断是否存在SLD结冰条件。

    Abstract:

    The probe type ice detector technique is adapted by traditional civil or transport aircraft, which is quite mature to detect regular size droplet. But the capability to detect and recognize supercooled large droplet (SLD) still needs to be explored and studied. Aiming at the icing detector with a dualspindle structure, the icing characteristics of the probe surface under both SLD and conventional small droplets condition were studied. The design principle of the dualspindle structure is analyzed base on impinged area and droplet trajectory character of the SLD. The 3D icing software FENSAPICE is adapted to compute the airflow filed, droplet field and the icing accumulation. The icing distribution on the surface of detector of different droplet diameters is obtained. The influence on icing distribution and droplet trajectory under typical condition with angle of attack (AOA) was studied. Base on the principle of the optical fiber sensor, the icing information at different location on the probe surface is obtained in ice wind tunnel test, and compared with the simulation results. The research results show that the dual spindle structure has obviously different icing distribution under SLD and conventional small droplets condition, and the existence of SLD icing conditions can be judged by icing conditions at different positions of the detector.
