民用飞机襟翼交联机构吸能仿真技术研究

    摘要:

    针对某型号后缘襟翼单一作动器脱开故障,翼面非正常变形导致的两侧机翼非对称滚转力矩及横滚配平问题。采用内外襟翼之间布置的交联机构,减小故障翼面过度倾斜和提供翼面能量吸收及辅助约束,进而确保系统故障后飞机仍然具有继续安全飞行和着陆能力。应用链式分析技术,实现了对襟翼单一作动器脱开故障冲击过程仿真以及交联机构制动行程和吸能需求预测,通过交联机构设备级研发试验完成了初步验证。

    Abstract:

    In order to address the problem of asymmetric roll moment and roll balance of the wings on both sides caused by the abnormal deformation of the wing surface due to the actuator disconnecting of a single actuator for a certain trailing edge flap, an interconnect mechanism between the inner and outer flaps was adopted to reduce the excessive deformation and provide the energy absorption and auxiliary constrains function, so as to ensure that the aircraft can continue to fly and land safely after the system failure. The chain analysis technology was applied to realize the simulation of the impact process for the single flap actuator disconnecting fault and the prediction of the stop stroke and energy absorption demand of the interconnect mechanism. The preliminary verification was completed through the equipment level test of the interconnect mechanism.
