This paper researches the aircraft maintenance training costs. The causal relationship induced by cost is analyzed , and a stock-flow figure is drew. Correlation equations of stock , flow, auxiliary variable and constant are established and their initial values are calculated. Determining the model reasonable ,the final results are analyzed . The results show that the simulation method has a certain practicality.
