On 2002 and 2008, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) promulgated Amendment No. 25-106 and 25-127 respectively, which specified overall security considerations for transport category airplanes. This paper introduces the background and history related to security considerations and explains the security considerations. Finally, this paper is concluded with the trend of security and the implementation of security considerations for existing fleet, type design under certification and some kind airplane.
