中文摘要:侧滑角传感器的安装位置会影响当地侧滑角测量的准确性,并且其尾迹涡可能会影响到布置在机头两侧其他传感器,因而研究侧滑角传感器的安装定位对民用飞机的操控特性和安全性有着重要意义。采用基于非结构网格的计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamic,简称CFD)数值模拟方法研究了侧滑角传感器安装位置对机头附近当地侧滑角和对当地攻角的影响。计算构型分别为全机干净机身构型和全机干净机身加上安装在机头上两组不同位置分布的侧滑角传感器构型。计算工况为来流马赫数0.85,来流攻角±2°,干净构型的来流侧滑角为0°~20°,传感器构型来流侧滑角0°和10°。对三种构型的流场、机头偏移面处当地侧滑角、当地攻角分布和无量纲涡量分布进行了分析比较,得到侧滑角传感器处当地侧滑角随来流侧滑角的变化规律,以及侧滑角传感器的尾迹影响区域及其对机头两侧当地攻角分布的影响,并给出了侧滑角传感器尾迹影响下机头两侧攻角传感器的合理布置区域。
英文摘要:The installing position of sliding angle transducers will affect the measurement accuracy of the transducers, and their wake will also affect other transducers installed on the side of the cockpit. So studying the installing position of sliding angle transducers is important to the controlling and safety for commercial aircraft. The computational fluid dynamic (CFD) method based on unstructured mesh was applied to investigate the effects of sliding angle transducers installing position on the local sliding angle and local attack angle distribution. Three configurations, clean body and clean bodies with sliding angle transducers which were in two different install locations, were simulated. The inflow Mach number was 0.85 and the attack angle was ±2° while the sliding angle of inflow was 0°~ 20° for clean body configuration and 0°and 10° for transducer configuration. The flow field, local sliding angle, local attack angle and non-dimensional volticity distribution at cockpit offset surface were compared and analyzed. The local sliding angle distribution with the inflow sliding angle was obtained; the influence area of the sliding angle transducers was identified and proper installation location for the attack angle transducer was suggested.
