中文摘要:民用飞机飞控通电自检测安全性分析周期假设为20 FH(Flight Hour,飞行小时),不能覆盖24 h,飞机全天利用率高,在下次执行飞控通电自检测之前可能会出现飞控通电自检测过期告警。为了提高飞机维修性,有必要对飞控通电自检测安全性进行研究。通过建立飞控系统失效条件关联的故障树并更新飞控通电自检测的暴露时间,在符合飞控系统I~IV类失效条件等级故障概率要求和千分之一判据情况下,安全性分析结果表明飞控通电自检测周期可以提高到30 FH。
英文摘要:By safety analysis, the interval time of flight control PBIT (power-up built-in test) for civil aircraft is supposed as 20 FH(Flight Hour), which can not cover 24 hours. If the utilization rate of aircraft is high in a whole day, a FLT CTRL PBIT EXPIRED message may be displayed before doing flight control PBIT test next time. To improve the maintenance performance of aircraft, it is necessary to have a safety analysis for flight control PBIT. The safety analysis result shows that it can improve the interval time of flight control PBIT as longer as 30 FH by means of building fault trees of related flight control failure condition and updating exposure time of flight control PBIT events, and under the failure probability requirement of category I~IV flight control failure condition and 1 in 1000 criterion.
