中文摘要:从设计输入、设计内容和适航验证三个方面,介绍了民用飞机客舱储藏设施的总体设计思路和方法,并重点阐述了储藏设施在结构设计、连接设计、附件设计和材料选用等方面的设计原则和应注意的问题。最后,结合中国民用航空规章第25部(CCAR25)的相关适航条款要求,重点说明了储藏设施在进行材料的阻燃、热释放、烟密度和静力试验等适航验证试验及行业标准规定的材料毒性试验时应遵循的具体要求、程序和方法。为民用飞机客舱储藏设施的工程设计和适航验证工作提供了思路和参考。
英文摘要:From the aspect of design inputs, design contents and airworthiness verification, the article describes the general ways and means of design on civil aircraft stowage equipments. Meanwhile, the main discussions are focused on the design principles and issues of stowage equipments’ structure, attachment, accessory and the selection of material. Finally, with the requirements of CCAR25 (China Civil Aviation Regulations Part 25 ), the detailed test requirements, procedure and method of flammability, heat release rate from stowage equipments materials exposed to radiant heat, the smoke emission characteristics of stowage equipments materials, toxicity of stowage equipments materials are introduced. The article can provide some thought and references to design and validation of stowage equipments in the design of main cabin of civil aircraft.
